Afgelopen vrijdag, 7 juni, genoten we van een inspirerende Teamdag in het prachtige, zonnige Zuid-Limburg. Het thema van deze dag was het DISC-gedragsmodel, een krachtig hulpmiddel om de persoonlijkheid en gedragsstijlen van individuen beter te begrijpen. DISC staat voor Dominantie, Invloed, Stabiliteit en Consciëntieusheid, en biedt waardevolle inzichten voor zowel professionele als persoonlijke groei, communicatie, teamdynamiek en samenwerking.

In de ochtend verdiepten we ons in de theorie achter DISC. De middag stond in het teken van ervaringsleren met interactieve oefeningen. Deze sessies boden ons niet alleen meer zelfinzicht, maar ook een beter begrip van de gedragstijlen van onze collega’s. Met deze nieuwe inzichten kunnen we onze dagelijkse samenwerking verder verbeteren. Én onze klanten nog beter van dienst zijn.

Al met al was het een geslaagde dag vol zon, leerzame momenten en prachtige in- en uitzichten.
